She’s a super cuddler and has awesome long hair that I can pull on all day.  Sigh.  Older women are the best!

Dear Santa,

thank you for seeing just how good I was this year and bringing me loads of presents.  I can, however, see that Xander pulled a fast one on you … looks like you fell for those blue eyes, or maybe it was Mrs. Claus he fooled.  We’ll chat more about that later.

Cousin Benji is in town for Xmas and I’ve (reluctantly) agreed to share Mom & Dad’s attention & affection with him (in exchange for some loving from Uncle Gordo (aka Gogo) & Aunt Lenka, of course!).  He’s not a bad little dude and I think we’ll become great friends .

It’s never to early to learn from the best.  So as part of Mommy’s master plan for me to become a professional beach volleyball player when I grow up, she arranged for me to have a tete-a-tete with one of the greats – Sinjin Smith.

PS Daddy interrupts this blog post to tell the world that he blocked Sinjin twice while on vacation.  I repeat, TWICE. (My piggy bank is on my dresser, Daddy).

Hooray for the Canadians!

Mom’s good friend Joni and her family from Calgary came for a visit, as did a whole bunch of other Canadians this past week – it was like an invasion, eh.  Mom had been telling me how cool Canadians were and I definitely agree.

Anyone who wants to love all over me like Auntie Joni is good people in my book!  A tad bit misguided as far as favorite sports teams but that can be worked on …
